This large living room contained several areas of wasted space due to an unnecessarily formal set of openings to the side room. The new design offset this connection, which allowed for the creation of a dining nook.

This foyer renovation improved flow between the entrance and adjacent kitchen and upgraded finishes to connect it to the living/dining area. Wallpaper wraps the restroom/closet volume to lend texture and interest.
